What is the return policy?
All our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you unhappy in anyway let us know so we can try and make it right.
How long does shipping take?
We offer both standard and priority shipping services. If something is needed faster let us know so we can see if it can be made faster and shipped the fastest possible way
What are the production times?
Custom apparel orders can take up to 10 days depending on stock, although most leave here in as little as 3 days. Wood art and projects can take up to 2 weeks to ship, but again let us know if something is needed sooner.
What sizes and materials do you use?
We include a sizing chart for all item we sell to help you select the perfect fit We are a authorized distributor for Bella and Canvas, we also use Next Level, LAT Apparel, Rabbit Skin, Gildan and Hanes.
What is your printing process?
We offer DTG (Direct to garment printing) on our apparel items. Some of our baby onesies are HT pressed. All our wood projects are laser cut and engraved using a series of Glow Forge machines. We are proud owners of an array of professional canon fine are media printers.
